What is the difference between a apple ipad wi-fi and a apple ipad wi-fi+3g?
Also does the iPad have Itunes and can be used as a music player?
Both are the same, except the 3G one uses WIFI and at&t phone service to go on the internet where WI-FI isnt at. So you have to pay a monthly fee for the 3G.
The WIFI one is just WIFI, so you can use it where the internet is accessable like at home, or in Mcdonalds, or starbucks or something.
Basicly its like an Ipod and Iphone. Im sure you know the diff between those
What’s the difference between an iPad and a iPod Touch?
I was thinking about getting maybe an iPod touch when someone told me that the new iPad was awesome. I was wondering what is the difference between the two?
The iPad is freaking huge… and that’s about it. It’s being marketed as a netbook but it’s not. It lacks multitasking flash support etc. If you have a choice pick the iPod it’s smaller and can work as an mp3 player too making it far more convenient. If you want a miniature device to browse the web with and do other things (Like writing documents etc.) just buy a normal netbook. If you’re a big fan of apple they do have the macbook air but I would advise against that. A Dell or hp would work best they can come in incredibly small sizes.
Would you buy an Ipad to replace a laptop or buy it in addition to?
The iPad looks awesome, but will it be able to completely replace an old laptop?
The iPad cannot replace a computer. It is not a computer. It is a mobile device. Look at the specs on Apple’s website. It does not run OS X. It does not have an Intel processor. You cannot run your existing Mac software on it. It’s an overgrown iPod Touch.
This doesn’t mean it a bad idea to get one. If the iPad is the kind of mobile device you want, this it is a great option. Twice the screen real-estate of the Touch at a slightly higher price. I’m thinking seriously about getting one one they come out. Just not to replace you MacBook Pro.

Nothing is special about the iPad unless you compare it to an Amazon Kindle!
If you need to use, say, office programs, games and Photoshop (or similar), get a laptop!
